LG preparing LG Optimus Vu 2 to compete with Galaxy Note II?
Few months ago, LG introduced the LG Optimus Vu which was actually launched to compete with the famous Galaxy Note. Both are almost same in size and also in specs, but lets face it that Galaxy Note was actually the dominant one. However, LG is not deciding to sit back and relax, as rumor is on the street that the Korean giant will launch the LG Optimus Vu 2 in the same time frame when Samsung will launch the anticipated Galaxy Note II.
Samsung is planning to launch the Galaxy Note II somewhere in September, so it means that we will see the Optimus Vu 2 in August or September as well. It’s expected that Optimus Vu 2 will feature 5-inch 4:3 1024×768 touchscreen (same as Optimus Vu), a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 1.5 GHz dual-core processor and will run Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Anyway, nothing is written on stone so just take this rumor with a grain of salt, and wait for the day when LG will officially clear the air.
Just like the Note was a hit, I am pretty sure that Galaxy Note II will be a stunner smartphone, but is LG Optimus Vu 2 will be good enough to take it down? Tell us about your thoughts in the comment box below.
